Frequently Asked Questions

Our finely tuned process allows Eco Lawn of Tampa to offer the best liquid lawn aeration, with programs starting at $49 per month

We've compiled our most common questions into an FAQ.

What services do you offer?

We provide a full range of turf health treatments including lawn fertilization, weed control, flower and mulch bed weed control, liquid aeration, dethatching, soil analysis, moisture management, insect control, and fungus prevention.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts required! We want long-term clients because of great results, not binding paperwork. You can cancel anytime, though our programs are designed for year-round success.

How often do you come out to my property?

Most clients receive monthly visits, depending on their program. You’ll get an email the day before each service. No need to be home — and if you prefer a text alert instead, just let us know.

What about rain?

Light rain actually helps our treatments absorb into the soil. When heavier rain is expected, we use a sticking agent so weed control stays in place. If a downpour occurs shortly after your service, we’ll return for a free touch-up if needed. Just avoid walking on your lawn until it’s dry.

How soon after you come can I mow my lawn?

We recommend waiting a few hours after service before mowing. Your normal watering schedule can remain the same—most evening or early-morning watering won’t interfere with our applications.

Do you offer lawn mowing as a service?

No, The Lawn Lab focuses exclusively on turf health services — fertilization, weed control, and soil care — not mowing.

What if the weeds do not die right away?

Some weeds take up to two weeks to curl and die, depending on the species. If you don’t see progress after 10 days, send us a photo and we’ll schedule a free touch-up. Persistent weeds (like spurge or clover) may require a follow-up visit, especially during your first few treatments.
